Uniform Commercial Code Research can be conducted in the following ways:

  Access via our mainframe.

OR

  Access via the UCC Internet Research "beta-site".  

The UCC research "beta-site" is the future of UCC research. We are slowly but steadily preparing to move our UCC data from a "mainframe database" to a modern Internet-accessible server. The beta site uses actual UCC data, although it is currently updated only once per week. As we get closer to eliminating our data entry backlog, this site will be updated more frequently, and eventually will be updated daily (and perhaps accessible in "real time").   In the meantime, we would appreciate your suggestions on how to improve the "user friendliness" of this site.
